Cesare is an hybrid Romanesco cauliflower, with a cycle of 90-100 days from transplanting. Perfect for fall harvesting. The upright plant is rustic and very healthy. The heads are deep bright green, perfect spiral pyramid shape, extremely elegant. Very flexible in terms of climate and date of transplanting.
